Start your professional future with an apprenticeship at Derag Immobilienservice. In the course of your apprenticeship, you will receive an intensive job-specific training in theory and practice with optimal framework conditions. In every branch, a trainer will support you with help and advice during the whole period of your apprenticeship. In addition to your company-based training, you will attend the vocational school.

Furthermore, we attach great importance to developing your qualifications, e. g. communication skills, independent working as well as team spirit and the ability to solve conflicts. After successful completion of your apprenticeship, we offer you an employment relationship within the company group, provided that you have the appropriate qualification and that there is a vacancy. Depending on the location, we offer trainings in the following professions:

Management assistant in real estate (Immobilienkauffrau / Immobilienkaufmann)
During your 3-year apprenticeship to become a management assistant in real estate, you will be deployed in the areas personnel, accounting, controlling, marketing, property management, selling and construction in accordance with your framework training plan of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK). You will gain a comprehensive insight into the procedures of the real estate industry and in case of respective qualification, you will bit by bit already perform smaller tasks or support the departments with regard to project tasks. 
You should meet the following requirements for this vocational training:
  • good command of spoken and written English
  • basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Internet)
  • willingness to learn and to perform
  • flexibility
  • team spirit and communication skills
  • good manners and a pleasing appearance
On request and depending on availability, mandatory internships for students are possible in the various departments of the individual hotels. Please indicate in your application the exact period of time and the desired area for your internship.
You are a pupil and would simply like to get to know the procedures in a hotel or you are interested in an apprenticeship in the catering trade? Depending on availability, we offer you taster internships and internships during the holidays.
